Designed as part of the in-house creative team at Stream Realty, a commercial real estate firm. Kirby District is a two-building industrial development with 388,133 square feet of flexible space that can be divided to suit a range of tenants. I turned the property's location, scale, and flexibility into one clear visual story. The brochure works as a polished leave-behind for brokers and prospects.
