Designed as part of the in-house creative team at Stream Realty, a commercial real estate firm. Houston Center is one of downtown's largest mixed-use complexes. I designed the website and brochure, turning the property's stats, amenities, and connectivity into one clear visual story. The brochure works as a polished leave-behind for brokers and prospects. The site carries the same system online. Two formats, one message, built to make a big building feel easy to picture living and working in.
